Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary
Mandala Suci Wenara Wana, or well known as Ubud Monkey Forest, is the sanctuary and natural habitat of the Balinese long-tailed macaque. It houses approximately 340 monkeys with four groups of monkeys each occupying different territories in the park. In the Monkey Forest, you can walk around and enjoy the serene atmosphere and at least 115 different species of trees. You can also rent a bicycle or a motorbike. A lot of visitors prefer bikes for environmental reasons. However, since Ubud’s located on a mountainous area, the roads tend to be steep.
Tegalalang Rice Terrace
The stunning Tegalalang Rice Terrace, part of the Cultural Landscape of Bali Province UNESCO World Heritage Site, comprises cascading emerald-green fields worked by local rice farmers. The high roadside location is cool and breezy and it is a well-known spot for tourists to stop and take photos. The scenes of rice paddies involving the subak (traditional Balinese cooperative irrigation system), which according to history, was passed down by a revered holy man named Rsi Markandeya in the eighth century. Once you are at Tegalalang Rice Terrace, you can enjoy the view from on top but it’s also possible to hike down and walk up on the other side again.
Bali Swing
The Bali Swing is the new tourism activity in Bali and it has become such a popular activity in Bali. one of the best and most popular swings in Bali, that located in (Jl. Tegenungan Waterfall
A great discharge of water falls down along a cliff full of damp plants. The natural water shower with the wide pond in the bottom. Located within a tropical jungle in the village of Kemenuh, Tegenungan Waterfall offers a picturesque view in a hidden space of Bali. The blooming trees in the surroundings have successfully completed the beauty of this waterfall. The fresh air also enhances the calmness of the place.
